Matching Participants and Employers
RVM works closely with local employers, providing them with motivated, goal-oriented workers. Participants are taught the importance of work ethic and the intricacies of the US business culture in our Solutions for Success program as well as any technical training an employer may require.
Staff members examine individual cases to find mutually appropriate openings for businesses and participants. Staff places a priority on following up after a hire to ensure a company is satisfied with its new worker.
