RVM has placed 2,301 employees since its inception in 2002. Of those the organization is tracking: at least 6 months compared to $1.76 before they entered the program. |
| “We believe in the power of people to grow and change. Our relationship with RVM helps us live this out in a real way by allowing us to help those who may have been down on their luck to get a fresh start. Jim Schatzman and his team really help prepare these employees for re-entry to the workforce, and the follow-up that he provides helps them to be successful.” Jeff McKeown, Express Personnel Services – President |

| “I would like to express our appreciation for the solid support and assistance Racine Vocational Ministry (RVM) has been to this community. The leader and inspirational guide, Jim Schatzman, has been tireless in his efforts to give those who come to RVM an opportunity for a second chance. We have had a number of opportunities to work with the RVM, and Jim, and to hire some of the young people who have been helped by his efforts. We will continue to do so as we have not been disappointed. Thank you, Racine Vocational Ministry!” Jerry Scott, City of Racine – Human Resources/Affirmative Action Officer |
